Miryo launches solo career

Miryo from your girl band Brown Eyed young ladies launched her first by yourself album on Feb. a single. The EP, titled "Miryo also known as Johoney", is a reference point to her nicknames. this debut album by Miryo, genuine name Jo Mi-hye, has five tracks and includes special guests for example Narsha from Brown Eyed young women, Sunny from Girls' technology and Garie from fashionable hop duo Leessang.

During an interview right before the album's release, the 30-year old entertainer told Yonhap that this new record is the fulfillment of any long-held dream. "I really feel as if I'm many grown-up, being solely in charge of this record. I am so happy that finally, my dream of creating a solo album has found yourself in pass", Miryo said.

The singer has used ambitions of producing a album of her individual since she decided she wanted to become singer, some 14 typical. "I was 17-years-old when i decided to pursue any career in music. it turned out a time when there is a big demand with regard to hip-hop in Korea and we were obsessed with it. WE started joining hip-hop song clubs online and training at home", she mentioned.
Miryo said that after five numerous being a featured artist on various hip-hop songs she decided that joining a group was a step toward realizing her goal of posting solo artist one day time. She joined an all-girl class in 2006.

"I was lucky that this Brown Eyed Girls contains such a talented bunch of vocalists, and i have the band's success for you to thank for my by yourself album", she said. the fresh album contains elements regarding hip-hop, rock and quite a few pop. "Now that truly released my first record, the next step is to release a pure hip-hop album", Miryo explained.
